    • An upgrade of higher value, provided the price difference is paid.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item.
  • Return Request Timeline: You must raise the issue within 3 days of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video Required: A clear unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect item is required. Share the video via WhatsApp at +91-.
  • Return Shipping: You must reship the item within 3 days of raising the return request, to the address we provide. Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all documents/invoices.

    • Replacement (default option)

    • Exchange (only if the requested item is available)

    • Refund (only if the item is unavailable)

Note: Refunds or exchanges are issued solely at our discretion after inspection of the returned product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products purchased on Sale or using discount codes
  • Accessories
  • Orders shipped internationally
  • Items used, worn, or returned in damaged condition

5. Refund Timeline

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Exceptions & Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for support or replacement.

7. General Guidelines

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The returned item must reach us within 7 business days from the date of approval.
